Lonavala has stunning views and its fabled monsoon mood with the mists, rain and wind made it an interesting location for a development of seven villas. Named after the wind, they embrace the elements with floor to ceiling operable windows and provide unhindered views of the surrounding landscape. Glass in tinted and toughened form overhangs the windows protecting from harsher sun and rain. A delicate steel structure in gunmetal grey defines the villa extents and the heavier concrete core provides the structural strength to the construct. Attached swimming pool, outdoor Jacuzzi, elevator, significant electronics and a curated interior with modern classics makes this an ultra premium development.
